1920 Arts and Crafts Sterling Silver & 14Kt Gold Cigarette case

Description

On offer is an original Arts and Crafts Sterling Silver  Cigarette Case with insert 14Kt Gold bands, the design of which is on both sides of the case.  This cigarette case is of the highest quality with a superb hammered effect contrasted by the alternate yellow gold and rose gold bands
Marked "Sterling & 14K" on the inside rim with also inscription in script on inside rim reading "B.B.T to W.S.W Aug 7 1920", so dating this item to not later than 1920.  Also has "W.S.W" monogram.
Excellent condition with no damage to the enamel.
Also has a wonderful gilded interior.
Weights 142 Grams and is 4.5 inches long x 2 7/8 inches x 1/4 inches.
