Returns
Whether we accept returns or not is based entirely on the item and varies per listing. A shipping carrier's charges and any sales tax paid is deducted by eBay before we receive a payout for our sold item. Based on this fact, any refundable amount for a returned item will be based on eBay's payment to us - not total paid to eBay at time of sale. Tax paid is always non-refundable.

If a listing states that we accept returns and we agree to a buyer's request to return an undamaged item:

Item Arrives Damaged
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels.
Sadly, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.

If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased. Please let us know

and send photos for the on-line claim.

Options for filing claims are:
1:  Buyer can file the online damage claim and receive entire claim directly
or
2:  We can do the claim and credit the initial payment for amount paid of the claim
after we receive the reimbursement
(this can take 4-6 weeks depending on the carrier )
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
