Because infrared heaters do not use kerosene or propane, they don’t produce pollutants such as carbon monoxide, and will not become a fire hazard due to the lack of a flammable fuel source. Infrared heating elements are sealed inside of a quartz tube so they are much easier to use versus their fuel-filled counterparts.
Infrared heat does not blow away in breezy locations and the quartz elements are completely odorless.

Our W-Series heaters are energy efficient, with wide, polished reflectors that provide comfortable and uniform heat coverage. For residential or commercial use, this W4024SS model is made of commercial-grade stainless steel.
Infratech quartz elements provide pleasant medium wave heat. Competing heaters utilize shortwave halogen elements which produce more intense heat and emit a very bright, harsh-colored light. By contrast, Infratech medium wave elements effectively heat your space, while providing a soft, warm glow that is practically unnoticeable.

They must be installed and "hard wired" by a licensed electrician based on the specific power requirements of the product and will often require a dedicated circuit and the appropriate power at the point of installation.  Infratech heaters are "Real Heaters" designed for maximum performance, long term durability, and user safety.

Shipment
Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We ship to addresses that are registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy
Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Returned unit must be undamaged and with its original packaging and contents in order to receive a full refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Buyer is responsible for 2 way shipping charges for any exchange except defective items.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within 30 days of the purchasing date.  Prepaid shipping fee is not refundable, unless we ship out the wrong items.

NOTE: If the customer wants to refuse the package, they have to refuse the package without opening. We're not responsible for any additional postage if they change the original mailing package.
