Silver Dunhill Lighter Filler Pat 29274. It is monogrammed with the initials RH on the front.
From what I was reading about this piece it is a very rare Dunhill Lighter Filler. It is silver plated. Overall in great shape with no major damage. it has both caps and the marking on the bottom reads: "DUNHILL LIGHTER FILLER PROV. PAT. No 29274. It measures 3 5/8" tall and 2" wide. Great piece for your collection! One side of the top is marked "Outlet". See photos for conditions.
